Hey all, we are one of the teams entered into the BBQ cook-off going on during the Stagecoach festival this year. There will be a people's choice going on during the contest, so make sure to come by and get a taste of the ribs we are cooking.

For those of you who don't know Michael, he's a great guy...organized a FANTASTIC BBQ Cook Off in Nov, 2006 at Lake Pleasant, AZ in which we competed in HIS "backyard" (AZ). What a great time we had!!!

... So now it's our turn to show our best in our own "back yard" ...we are PAPA'S SMOKEHOUSE BBQ" from Morongo Valley, CA...we'll be competing as well...can't miss us..we are the Big Yellow Smokin' trailer...and y'all come on by for a taste of our BBQ as well....

One thing about the Competition BBQ Cookers, they are all great people, so come on by and meet everyone and try out some fantastic BBQ ribs, you won't be sorry...

John & Sharen, can't wait to see you again, it will be good to actually cook at this event. I like the organizing side of it, but I do love the cooking side of it.

I'm not sure how the judging will be going for the People's Choice, we are still waiting on details for that.

Hey all, it's getting close now, only a week and a half away.

Make sure you come by our booth and say "Hello" and try out some of the great ribs we will be putting out. They will go quick, so make sure to get yours as soon as we start serving.
