I totally feel ya on that one. Drive me INSANE! That and the XXXXL t-shirts that go to their knees. Seriously, you can still be "cool" in clothes that fit!

LOL, we have them up in our office, and nope, never once motivated me! I'm sure they work for some though!

and no clue on the million views, but somebody did say awhile ago that if you google certain words, THIS thread comes up, so maybe that??
