I would be in charge of putting together the alt-country stage...which would include the likes of Rilo Kiley, Wilco, and some type of reincarnation of the Byrds, playing stuff off of Sweetheart of the Rodeo, and while I'm at it...I would find Woody Guthrie and bring him too...
Jerry Lee Lewis
The Old 97s
50 Cent Haircut
West of Texas
The Utah County Swillers
and of course, Willie Cash and the Cashiers
I'd leave off all the headliners except for George Strait. Then I would add Hank Williams III, Dale Watson, Wayne Hancock, Heather Myles, Neko Case, The Weary Boys, The Earl Brothers, and if I could get him to leave Texas...The Cornell Hurd Band.
I don't know many country singers, so I'd have a pretty small festival.
It would look something like this....
Johhny Cash (Alive preferably)
Dixie Chicks <---- just to look pretty.
Shania Twain <---- just because I know her name. Maybe she shouldn't sing though.
Beach Boys. <--- Just because.
Willie Nelson - here

Hank III (But cut the amps when he rips into the Assjack part of the show)
