We are arriving to ED1 camp site Thursday and the rest of our party is showing up on Friday night. From what I understand they hand out all the wristbands with the RV. Will security let our other party into the campsite to get wristbands and offload all of their belongs or are we going to have to meet them and carry all there sh** from the free RV parking?

I doubt they will let em drive in. I think you can buy a parking pass for the RV area that will let them in and out in the car. It's worth the $ to not have to throw your stuff over the fence and carry to the RV. I know this from 07. They wouldn't let us drive in (even with parking pass) in 07, We had to throw all our stuff over the fence and carry it to our friends RV spot. That went great with 2 young kids in tow.

NO they cannot drive in.

You should get a C parking pass for them. It is across the street and FAR away.

Unload curbside (I use that term losely since it is a dirt road) and carry the stuff. Leave one guy in the car to take it to C lot.

I am lucky and brought a baby trailer for my bike so I can help my friends who are coming later.

1. meet friends near Box office....use cell phone to coordinate
2. unload quickly
3. give them all wristbands
4. give driver C lot parking pass
5. help them carry their Stuff
6. driver parks car and walks back

You COULD pay $50 to park in your 20x50 space........seems steep even if you have the space.
