Sigh. This is really getting tiresome, Misfit. Surely you are capable of reading your own posts. R-E-A-D them, honey, it’s not that difficult. You’ve claimed to know which artists are “real”; you have implied that if an artist is not “real” in your estimation, he or she is lacking in quality; you have made numerous negative comments about one artist in particular, then back-pedaled and claimed you were not bashing him; you have refused to answer a direct question as to what you would consider bashing... Do you need me to go on, or have you figured out that READing thing now?

(And for anyone else reading this thread -- no, there is no point to it, other than Misfit continually setting himself (or herself) up and getting called on his/her contradictions and inconsistencies. And yes, the fun quickly drains out of it when all a person can say is "think what you like" and "wow that was witty." No challenge = no fun.)

For crying out loud.. Take your own GREAT advice and READ...When I said they werent real artists I very quickly rebutted myself... Did ya read that??? Now.. Let me repeat myself.. I don't think he (chesney) is a REAL country artist.... An artist yes but not Country.. Understand that now? Must I be be any more clear for you? Or will you turn what I said into something else yet once again. You are either doing that purposefully or you are not comprehending what you are reading..

If that is what you think is bashing then fine.. I bashed him.. But a derogatory response about something or someone to a question is not bashing in my mind. But I will settle with ya on this one.

Lastly I said "think what you like" because I was tired of trying to convince you of anything because you either aren't READing or comprehending. Example.. you thought I said that Willie would outsell Chesney... Which I did not say..

I'm actually glad they put all the pop garbage on one stage. Now I don't have to be frustrated about two artists I really want to see playing at the same time on different stages.

Seems like a good deal to me. I'm from Montana and wil do Merrill Fest the weekend before, not cheap either.
Besides, there will be other greats like Ramblin Jack, Don Edwards, Katy Moffat and so on. All in all, lots of choices.
