Soap Nation Comes to Stagecoach Music Fest

Steve Burton will be among the stars attending the Soap Nation sponsored Stagecoach Music Festival in Southern California this April.

ABC Daytime and SOAPnet are joining the lineup of sponsors for Stagecoach, California's premier country music festival. That means you'll get to see and meet all your favorite soap stars while listening to some of country music's top acts. Like who, for instance? Brad Paisley and Kenny Chesney are headlining, but you can also catch superstars like Reba and Kid Rock.

This is the latest event in the 2009 Soap Nation tour, which is dedicated to bringing your favorite ABC Daytime and SOAPnet stars to you!

But let's cut to the meat of the story and tell you which stars of "All My Children," "One Life to Live," and "General Hospital" will be introducing musical acts and interacting with fans on the Mane Stage. (It's country western, get it? MANE stage?) Anyhow, in attendance will be Bobbie Eakes (Krystal) and Melissa Claire Egan (Annie) from "AMC." The "One Lifer" will be Bree Williamson (Jessica). From "General Hospital" there will be Laura Wright (Carly), Brandon Barash (Johnny), Rebecca Herbst (Liz), Kristen Storms (Maxie), Jason Thompson (Patrick) and Steve Burton (!!!). We've loved Steve ever since we first saw him on "Out of this World." We repeat: Steve Burton, Jason Morgan himself, will be there.

The best part is, in addition to introducing acts, the stars will be signing autographs and running giveaways from a special RV and tent onsite.

Well I will have to make my way over to them since I've been a devoted fan of General Hospital since Middle School!! My mom made me watch it with her and I continued watching it to this day! Thanks for the info!
