Thought it would be good to bring this up since we will need to start getting our stuff together for this incredible time we are going to have!

Thank you Raquellita. I was looking for something like this. This will be the first year my group is camping and we didn't know what we should plan on bringing and what to leave behind.

Dont know if this helps anyone, but this is what i do for our group. I created a spreadsheet with our meal plan so i can get the ingredients straightened out for a shopping list. Also i can pre-cook a lot of stuff, and even sort out different "meals" in icechests and be ready to go without spending an hour prepping and searching for stuff. also attached is my "To-Do" list that i keep on my phone and add things as i think of them, then i use this as my checklist when i pack. I already have lots of stuff in my RV so i dont list all the little stuff. Hope this helps anyone. (and yes, i already have a shopping list for stagecoach, sickening isnt it)

    What’s wrong with being post #666 ?

If you show up to my spot for Bfast you better bring a tall, handmade bloody mary with lots of horseraddish, black pepper, and a shrimp on top! Coffee at 6am, bfast at 7am, cold leftovers at 8am. (nobody sleeps in... you might miss something!)

I was actually kicking around the idea of having a SCMB potluck dinner at our spot Thursday night (SCMB Meat & Greet). Didn’t know if it would spark interest or not, sounds like it might. I could cook a giant taco feed because i have the set up for it and everyone could bring chips and dips and different sides and drinks. Let me know if you think this will work and i will create a thread on it in the next few days.

OK... Nuf said... I will create a seperate thread so the "what to bring" doesnt get all messed up. Give me a few days to discuss with my group and come up with all the details. dont post about this here anymore, thanks.
