We are bringing a 5th wheel and have our +40ft permit. Do we need to move the tow vehicle to the onsite camping parking lot? If so, how far away is it from the RV parking...

you can if you want to. If you choose to keep it at your site it will be hard to move it until after the festival is over. the onsite camping parking lot is right next door if you choose to park it there.
