Where's Brad Gone?????

Brad Paislley's website does NOT list Stagecoach on his tour. Pollstar does NOT list him at Stagecoach either.

Anybody heard anything????

hmm..thats weird..i looked on his website the first day they released the line up and i couldve swore i saw it on there then...im sure hes still performing...but i googled it and came across this http://www.countrymusicnewsblog.com/...sts-announced/ they are saying they think this is going to be the last STAGECOACH because of the economy!! and while it doesnt shock me with everything going on,it would be devastating! me and my friends decided last year that this would be our annual event NO MATTER what was going on in our lives, hell, i asked to be dragged out there on my deathbed...what a bummer if it really is the last one

I'm hesitant to believe that this will be the last one - YET. But I suppose it wouldn't surprise me because of the economy... But with the layway plans being offered, etc...I am wondering how much the festival will hurt? Dang that would STINK! If I could do only one concert per year (which would also stink - but....) - I would choose STAGECOACH!

I was looking at my Desert Suns and SC07 said 30,000. SC08 said 120,000. Not sure if first year was per day? I know Cooter said 120,000 was all three days. With that, selling ED2 out quite a few weeks ago says something for 09. We will see and hopefully the crowds will come out and support so we all get a SC10.

I don't care that camping sold out, (well most of it that is) that is the small part of it out of the whole picture of actual ticket sales.

I'm pretty sure that reserved seating never sold out on 07 or 08 either.

I would rather see prices go up for people who purchase tickets later on or right before the event. It really ticks me off when they have a two for one right before the concert after you have already bought and paid for your one ticket.

actual seats make up a very small portion of the overall ticket availability.

I agree, but they were sold out last year. I couldn't buy any and had to go thru e-bay to get ours. Only the Friday ones were available...and we were two of the "chosen ones" to be picked out of the thousands of people standing around with no seats for Friday only to be escorted to 10th row and center seats!! Basically "seat fillers" for the Eagles.

And as for the GA tickets...a hefty percent of those are free-bee's, give-aways, contests, vendors, promotions, band guests, etc...

Well that is good news...don't get me wrong, of course I want to hear that...means good news for WWF also!! And all other concerts. As the articles are saying, concerts sales are still going strong these days.

Think positive people and positive things will happen! I refuse to believe this is the last year, the turn out at Stagecoach just gets bigger and bigger. Who would cancel something like that?!
