Anybody else catch last nights idol song of Reba's - Turn on the Radio? Notice they changed the lyrics from Chevy truck to pick-up truck. I guess a show sponsored by Ford doesn't allow competition to be mentioned.
During SC10 I noticed that Toby Keith had a 15 minute mini movie before he hit the stage featuring his Ford sponsor at a festival that was sponsored by Toyota and that was o.k.
I hope no one on American Idol tries to sing a song with the word Pepsi in it...

I can't stand the judges this season. They aren't doing their jobs. They need to honestly criticize so that the acts improve. It's going to be a long, boring, sugar-coated season.

Wow, I'm totally the opposite. I've always watched Idol and when I heard about the new judges I was gonna boycott. I gave them one show and I loved watching them! So now I'm drawn in again as much as I didn't want to be.

I could care less who are the judges...I tune in for the artists. This year is the best so far, SUPER TALENT.
Those performers are going to get ripped up in reviews and the media without any help from those Judges. People are going to lie to their faces and tell them how wonderful they are all the time and in the same breath talk trash behind their backs. It's called "life" and they better get used to it because being in the public eye will magnify it 100 billion times.Stagecoach...07, 08, 09, 10, 11 & 12

I don't think they should have had 5 and 5 for the top 10. IMO there were more guys who sang better than the girls. I'm looking forward to the season though!

Just until the top 10 or 12. From then on it's one elimination a week. But getting to the top 10 or 12 from the top 24 is a whole other situation.
