Here is OLD recepie that I heard of but never tried!!

1. Take a pretty good size carp and fellet it but leaving the skin ON.
2. Find an old PINE board, bout a 1"X6" or 8"
3. Preheat oven to about 450' or so.
4. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Place fish on board and place in oven for 90 minutes.
6. Remove from oven, throw fish in trash and eat the board.

No one really eats carp. A lot of people dont like carp because they eat bass eggs..... But who cares? Bass eat blue gill and sun fish. Do you see me killing a bass because I like to catch blue gill? We went to the lake where my buddy caught a 26 pounder, walked to our fishing spot, and there it was laying on the shore, someone had caught it and thrown it on the shore. Its BS
