First Valentine's Day in 3 years that I've been single. Went to a bar with my single sister, watched a favorite local band, and drank drank drank. :P I have no complaints about l0o0ove day after that. (Except for waking up drunk - good thing Sunday was Daytona...I just started drinking with breakfast and kept it going!)

The bars LOVE Valentines night!! All the single, lonely people out partying it up. I loved going out that night when I was single....perfect night to meet single guys! Other nights, many married men out hiding their rings, but on Valentines, most likely that are ALL single, cuz the married or tied down ones were with their significant others.

I don't mind V-Day....I have been single on Vday for the last 6 years...the first 2 years it was rough, but then I got over it! LOL!!

This Vday, my nephew gave me a card he made for me of a big castle with a big ol' smiley face on it! That was cut out in the shape of a heart! And he brought me a flower and 2 cookies!! And I could tell that there were originally 3 cookies cuz his face was stained red from the red sugar sprinkled on top!! Hehe!! Gotta love kids! LOL!!

So that is my kind of Vday!!

with a bunch of guys on V-Day :-(.
I did put a teddybear and a bunch of chocolate kisses in the mail for my girl before I left though, so I got props for that.

I cannot believe how hard it's raining....horizontal sheets of rain, windy as heck. good day to be off work, but I'm not getting anything done.

we are so not used to rain in southern calif. drivers can't handle it, the hills can't soak up the water, my streets are flooded, my umbrella keeps flipping inside and out, and people go up to the mountains without chains!! ok.. i feel better.

I'd at least like to be able to see the mountains around here...but there's so many clouds I can't!! =( For just a few moments they've peeked through with some pretty sunlight.

I just want to go to the snow...=( Or if it would snow here, I wouldn't mind that either.
