    Default 2008 Graduates

Well, as I sit here, I can hear our local high school do their commencement cermonies...it is 1 mile away and on the opposite end of my home, so it is bouncing off my neighbors home into my office. I was just thinking of when my son and daughter graduated.

For our community, Roosevelt High in Eastvale is having their very first graduating class ever. Last year there were no Seniors to open the school with. It is soooo loud and exciting. I was telling my daughter (who graduated from Norco High...whoo hoo) who is here for the summer from college and she just said "sheesh, already, mommmmm...i just graduated a year ago..is it already a year?" Boy that song "your gonna miss this should be played at every graduation ceremony!

Anyway...I wanted to congrat any parent who had one graduating this year. It is a long hard road for them, economically and personally. Hopefully they will be strong and take over our country and do some good things for us...ie: lower gas prices?? lol

CONGRATS CLASS OF 08! ON EVERY LEVEL OF SCHOOL YOU MAY BE MOVING FROM.

Your right, the 22 yr old just asked for help on his rent still! I can dream can't I? At least my 18 yr old has been self sufficient thru college and working so far.
