    Default RASCAL FLATS

WOW AM I THE FIRST TO POST ABOUT THEM

I THOUGHT THEIR PERFROMANCE SUCKED. WE LEFT EARLY DURING ONE OF THIER SONGS AND BY THE TIME WE GOT TO THE RV IT WAS STILL PLAYING WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ABOUT

THE VOCALS WERE TERRIBLE I HAD MY EARPLUGS IN AND IT WAS STILL SOUNDED WHINNY.
I THOUGHT WE WERE AT STAGECOACH AND NOT LAS VEGAS OR ROCK CONCERT (DONT GET ME GOING BUCKY). LEAVE THAT SHOWY STUFF AND JUST SING YOUR SONGS AND PLAY YOUR MUSIC.

we partied in the motorhome during their performance. We've seen them before & they were terrible. I like their CD's but they aren't good live.

Everybody has said that they can't sing live and I was waiting for that but I have to disagree from this performance. They were on point....at least for this night. I got a video from my new camera on the fiddler rift and it was off the hook.

I adore Rascal Flatts, 4th time I've seen them in concert and have all of their CD's which I've practically worn out. They were my favs of the weekend!

Had never seen them in concert before and didn't have very high expectations because of the posts......but they were actually quite a surprise for me. Thought they put on a really good show with lots of variety.

    Didn't mind it at all......

Hey everyone! Rascal Flats was one of my favorites of the show... That was my daughter that got to sing with him on "I wish for you" Ya! I was the mom of the 4 beautiful daughters on the big screen all weekend! And one handsome too! It was the most incredible weekend of our lives! Eldorado 1 was rocking with our friends who had the dancin going on all weekend!

Interesting how different opinions can be. I saw them at Staples Center and out in Irvine, and they were very good. The lead singer has a higher octave voice, so I can see how they might be construed as 'whiney' to some. They definitely don't possess the rough gravely Trace Adkins type voice. It all comes down to preference. Maybe we can say 'not my thing' as a better term than 'sucked'. LOL There's a really big difference between the two. Some artists just downright 'SUCK' live without the studio asissted air brushing.

Actually I saw it in EXC's post to start things. You might have been thinking it though. I can see how that description would apply when he really gets up there in that range. Like their ballads most, but overall they aren't my favs.

I've never seen either of these artists in person or live because I can't stand to hear either one of them sing on TV or Radio.

Jessica Simpson - over sings EVERYTHING
Sister Ashley - just can't sing - needs all the studio help she can get.

I'm just saying. I can't sing either, but it's not something I get paid to do.

Agreed. Preference, preference, preference. There are many artists that so obviously need the help and suck live. Brittany Spears (sorry to pick on you) probably couldn't sing live if her life depended on it. Quite frankly some can't even lip sync to save themselves.

They did great i thought. They were funny, sang many good songs. And I liked the vids behind them. gary lavox does whine a little bit, but that is their sound that makes them unique.

sorry to hear others didnt like the performance

I thought they were great. My first time seeing them and they kept the audience going. More suprising my boyfriend ,who only went to see the Eagles, loved them. They were far from sucking that's for sure.
