saddle up the palomino

possibly somewhat impulsively i have purchased a ticket for the festival but the lineup on the palomino stage is too good to pass up and life's short and all that. oh yeah, am planning on coming over from new zealand. got no idea where to stay...i guess my question is, is it safe for a single woman to camp? hoping that i will make some new friends so i won't end up on my lonesome. they weren't on the list when selecting faves for the community site but the DBTs are a big drawcard for me. and the Old 97s.
