I have three kids, 14, 9 and 6. So do I only need to purchase a ticket for the 14 year old? What does General Admission for 10 and under mean? Will they also be able to see the concert?

I was told you have to buy any GA ticket for 11 and older, any one of any age had to have their own paid ticket to enter the VIP area. so my kids will be at home with a sitter.
