If you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay within walking distance of the festival, I have a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Indian Palms. The condo is located right off Monroe St. in a private gated community. It is approx. 2 miles from the festival which is the closest accommedations you can get.
The condo sleeps up to 4 people and you have access to pool & jacuzzi. Laundry access. No pets. Refrigerator will be stocked with bottled water. It is perfect for responsible people who are not destructive.
The condo is available Thursday through Sunday (May 1-5) at $125.00 per person, per night. Min. stay requirement is at least 2 nights and no less than 2 persons. Max. stay is 4 nights and no more than 4 people in which case price will be reduced to $100 per person, per night.
