Electrical Hook Up

I asked Countrygurl this question in a PM but she never responded so maybe someone else out there knows the answer. Or maybe she will answer this post???

I bought Eldorado 1 with electrical. I received the sticker for my front windshield which has my name hand-written on it with an E also hand-written on it, which I assume relates to the electrical hook-up. However there is nothing else that indicates I have paid for the electric. Since it would have been relatively easy for me to hand write the E in a black felt-tip pen myself (God forbid) my question is should there be anything else that I haven't received that I should have got, indicating that i bought the hook-up? Anyone who has bought the hook up themselves know the answer?
