It beats parking in a lot and carrying all your stuff to your campsite. Plus you can lock up your valuables more easily.

Maybe battle for the shipping costs back? I'm sure that'd be just as infuriating but if they aren't willing to ship...when you go to will call they'll have to deal with you...

I would think the whole mile radius thing will be the indicator of if you can get in early. I'd say go when you feel like going and they either will let you pass or they won't...but probably not too...
