My expedition is what I pull the trailer with. It would be that and my trailer only, nothing else. Do I still need to pay the extra $75.00.

Can anyone help clear up my confusion over two vehicles? We have a travel trailer and I'm trying to figure out if I need to pay the extra $75.00 for my Expedition I tow it with.
