I don't think so. You cannot get into the RV area without an RV wristband. I would guess ins and outs are reserved for those staying onsite only.

The tickets you can sell, the RV spot you cannot. It is not transferable and nonrefundable as you had to apply and be approved for a spot ahead of time.
