We will be selling BBQ from 12-5 each day. They limit us to 1500 samples so about 500 a day. Thats why we sell out so early. see everyone in a few days
Rooftop Barbeque will be back again this year. Make sure to come early last year we sold out in 2 hours each day. This year we will have pulled pork, brisket, Ribs (these will go fast) and chicken...

thats a good idea, we also do a contest in Havasu and at that contest they have a chili cookoff the night before the competition. I'll mention that to the promoter
