Forgot about that. I'm sure your man was stoked to use that little racer seat the rest of the weekend!
It was actually the same allen wrench to fix the wheelchair. These guys were in the center isle sweating their asses off trying to work on his chair and people were passing him left and right. I saw them from my camp and walked out to see what I could do. First pushed him in the shade then grabbed some tools. Two minutes later he was rollin again. even though he had severe MS, I could see the happiness in his face when he was fixed. That made my whole weekend right there! I shook my head in disgust to the trailer of cowbro's that was ten feet away doing nothing.

We had an awesome time at Eldorado 2 RV area in the front row.
the only thing needed was a wooden dance floor like last year. It was sooooo
dusty on the dance floor it was hard to breathe........lDJ was great.....
Re: A few things that may need to be addressed for 2013
I would say that this year's experience was better than last year. Last year was out of control. Yes, I know it's a concert. I agree with the security inconsistencies, but I don't know how hard their bosses stressed to them different things and they don't want to lose their job.
They did need a water station closer to the main stage.
Overall it was a great show and great time.

No, I marked everyone while we were still at car camping, so they'd find us later. Although Keebzie never did find us, lol.

LOL, oh yeah! I think he was hoping you couldn't lower the beach cruiser seat so I'd have to ride the mountain bike. Nope, Johnny came through once again!

I'm a witness, she WAS writing that number on the arms of those who might get lost. It was too funny!
Re: A few things that may need to be addressed for 2013
I totally saw the guy with the "if lost" shirt and laughted . . . the dog tags with phone numbers is a great idea - as long as their phone isnt dead lol . . .

wow i am sorry that all this happened to you.....
i really don't remember having many problems with the security, but there was one instance - i believe it was the first night. I was camping directly across the dirt road from Lot 5 (or whatever Lot car camping was in) on someone's private property in their backyard. I had the wristband to prove that i was camping there and all that. I literally could walk from my campsite over to Lot 5 and then get into the polo fields from there. I had arranged with some other campers there to meet at a certain location and we'd walk back to the campsite together each night after the show (i was at Stagecoach alone and was thinking about my safety walking through the parking lots at midnight each night all by myself). We got to the end of Lot 5 where security had it all blocked off. We literally could see the driveway to the private property JUST on the other side of the security barricade, and we showed the guards our wristbands and all that. They wouldn't let us pass, saying that we had to go ask the police to let us through. The police told us to ask Stagecoach Security. Stagecoach Security told us to walk down to the opposite end of Lot 5 and we might be able to get out that way. OK first of all, it was pitch black down that way, it's midnight, and we're 4 girls who don't even know if we CAN get out that way, when we can SEE our driveway from where we were standing. It took one of us pulling out our cell phone and telling security we were gonna call the resident so he could come out and talk to them before security said "oh okay" and let us through. The following nights, we had no issues....
i also had Benadryl in my purse for my allergies (which was in the original box), and my inhaler (which was NOT in the original case, was just floating around in my purse), and had no problem getting those in. I have to have the inhaler with me because when i get allergies, i usually need to use the inhaler to help me breathe. It's not as if i could've left the inhaler at my tent offsite!!

Re: A few things that may need to be addressed for 2013
Is there a specific area for people with physical disabilities close to the stages? This will be our first time and we don't know what to expect for someone with crutches and a knee injury. What about wheel chair access? What about companions to a disabled person?

The ADA parking area fills up QUICK. I've heard people line-up early for that parking lot. After it's full then you are in the general day parking lots and it's quite a hike.
Copied and pasted from the ADA section...
Stagecoach Country Music Festival provides wheelchair and companion areas. Please see the festival map or contact the nearest event staff worker. To gain access to a wheelchair riser you must obtain a wristband from the Access Service Centers.
Re: A few things that may need to be addressed for 2013
I got section 1 VIP this year because it was so horrendous with the handicapped situation last year. It cost me a
fortune but hopefully it will be much better. Handicapped stuff last year was a flippin mess.
