companion parking or another option needed

Hi All,
I am meeting some friends camping in El Dorado1. Called Frontgate today and they said they just sold out of companion parking passes... so, I'm wondering if there is someone out there who is willing to sell theirs?

OR what other options are there? I could park offsite and take a taxi in... Don't know where a good spot to park would be or how much a taxi would be, but I expect others on this forum might?

I also saw someone in a previous post mention that locals will offer rides in for a fee - where can I find info on this? Is there a website or contact info?

Thanks for the tip - I've been trying search but so far no luck. Companion passes have been sold. Saw two listings for local rides to festival, but they were from last year. Maybe they are still good, but then where to park offsite and not get towed?

I'll keep tryin' though - the power of positive thinking. Can't believe I missed companion parking by hours! There are people selling them with GA passes, but I already gave my word to someone else that I'd buy his GA pass... Real country people know we are only as good as our word.:)

Honestly, I would keep calling front gate... seems like some reps always say they're sold out and some will let you know if there are any left.

Fantasy springs casino is only 6 miles away. They have a hotel, stash your car in the parking structure and get a cab. Just a thought

Good News - JNPatton gives awesome advice!! After more than 30 min on hold I found out that they just added more companion pass parking a few hours ago! Sharing the info for others. Thanks everyone!
