Hahaha... this makes sense. But I'm guessing large amounts of meat is hard to transport. Plus, scarcity is a selling tool. More people will come and come earlier if theres a chance of selling out.Quote:

love the BBQ competition ! Loved it a couple years ago, did they change something last year? did they do the tickets per sample? or did we just pay as we went? I recall not liking something about last year.
