Frontgate and getting my tickets SUCKS
Can someone help me here. I am absolutely livid. I purchased two reserved seats, two GA and a ED2 pass. I got the two ga passes and the ED2. I placed the order for the two reserved seats on a separate order. I received my ED2 and GA passes. I called Frontgate (sat on hold to speak to a operator for over 40 GD minutes) They said I put spaces between every letter/number on my address and they couldn't mail the tickets (I didn't do that, but apparently their system says I did...why would I do that???) . Front Gate said they would be at will call. Well, as f'd up as frontgate is, I don't trust them. I told them I paid for shipping and I want them shipped. I called back (another 35 minute wait time) after I got home to review my order and explained I didn't enter my address the way it shows... it's the right address just a funky way of it being entered. Asked to speak to a supervisor, was asked to wait til he gets off the phone. I waited 6 or so minutes and he said, ok, he's off...I'll transfer you. Well right to voicemail and it states the guy is out of the office and won't be back til next MONDAY. I left a voicemail.
I called back... another 30 minute wait time. Spoke to another gal. Told her I was really frustrated and that I just needed to speak to a supervisor. She read the notes and said ok, I'll transfer you....guess what happened. Nope even worse, she hung up the phone. I waited for her to call me back seeing she read off my info before transferring....no call back.
I am on my 4th time calling them and I spent 15 minutes calling but getting a busy signal. Now I'm on hold and it's been 25 minutes thus far.
I need someone from stage coach to get in touch with me ASAP. If not, you guys can battle this crap out with my credit card company. This has to be the worst service I have ever received!!! PUll your head out of your rears and act as if you really care about your customers. I've got almost $3000 tied up in this event and I can't get my tickets sent to me via ups?

I also placed two separate orders and had received a delivery notification email (UPS) on one and not the other. I emailed Frontgate regarding my concerns. They will immediately send a reply stating they received your request and will assign an inquiry number. Their email also attaches your original email. They responded with an answer to my question within an hour. Hopefully this helps. If not, at least you have written documentation of your concerns and how and if they handled the situation.

Not really... I want an answer why my tickets are sitting in will call when I paid to have them shipped?
anyone else having problems with Frontgate, please contact AEG live office.. they hired FrontGate to handle the tickets. 323.930.7188 Office
Also call BBB, they currently have a B- rating.
apparently no one from AEG is able to help, they pitch me back to Frontgate. Lucky I don't live in Austin...I'd be on their door step

With customer service as bad as frontgates. They don't need competition to put them out of business. they're doing a fine job on their own.

Maybe battle for the shipping costs back? I'm sure that'd be just as infuriating but if they aren't willing to ship...when you go to will call they'll have to deal with you...

they are dealing with 10's of thousands of orders, there are going to be hiccups. having to stop by will call seems to be a pretty minor issue. "as long as you get in the door..." as the saying i just created goes.
i have stopped by will call to get my passes every year it has been at the tennis gardens and it is the smoothest operation ever.

Cooter, you gotta admit that Frongate SUCKS. The list of people who have had big problems like this sucks. I will say that had the situation above happened to ME, I would be worried too. I'd rather have tickets IN HAND (especially ones that I spent THAT much on), than trust Frontgate to get it right at will call. Why can't they ship them? You get your tickets for free, most others don't. I'm just sayin I think this persons worries and frustrations are valid. Frontgate has handled so many situations very poorly. Heck, I requested to them THREE times to change my shipping address because my work moved buildings. They said they took care of it and they DID NOT. Thankfully we have people in the old building who were there to sign for it, which is why you didn't hear a complaint from me about it.

my passes aren't free.
guess with all i deal with i have decided/learned not to sweat the small stuff. not worth it to my health, time, etc. having to swing by will call, in the grand scheme of things, is small stuff.

I don't disagree, I've had issues similar to Chevgirl's and I mentioned it a couple times looking for advice but I didn't really loose sleep over it. But that was because when the time came (last week) my tickets were in the mail, giving me plenty of time to duke it out with FrontGate if that was required. Luckily it wasn't but if I had to trust Front gate to Deliver my tickets and they couldn't handle it; then trust Front Gate to fix my issue and ship my tickets (something they've done 10,000 times - literally) and they couldn't handle it. I too, might not have a very high level of trust for them to get it right at will call. The point is further frustrated by the fact that they haven't offered to remove the shipping costs (or at least it wasn't mentioned in the first post). Not to mention outrageous handling costs for tickets that they clearly mishandled.

Sorry, I thought I read that they were and you said you know people in high places. Not jealous at all, good for you :) just thought that's what it was.
And I know you've been through a lot. I wouldn't lessen that fact at all. My point was that a frustrating situation is a frustrating situation. Maybe not to the point where you *lose sleep and let it ruin your day/week/month, etc, but some level of being upset for a time is valid, especially when dealing with a company who has not responded favorably.

Yes Frontgate is HORRIBLE. I called yesterday to buy a companion parking pass and it took me 1 hour to get through!!! At least i got my companion pass now!

I changed my address with UPS immediately after receiving the email because we are on our way to Country Thunder and the package was to be delivered to my work address yesterday. No delivery. The UPS tracking has not been updated since 4/4/12 which seems a problem. Sent an email to Frontgate today but need to call them. Now that i am on the road only have limited access to computers, etc. Does anyone have the customer service phone number? thanks...
