Country Gypsy... I changed your number to 4 for your tent guests. And yes, please bring a table if you can. Not sure i will need it yet, but just in case.

I am not putting a reserve on the number of people. But Yes... IT WILL BE TIGHT! Im sure we will pour out into the isle where i can set up the beerpong table and flipcup table which will draw some folks out. Also gather around the bar and a few sitting areas. Im not worried about the food, It looks like enough people are bringing stuff and I will be cooking tacos from around 6-7pm and keep cooking them as long as there are people eating.

Chow bell rings at 6pm!

Since I am bringing chips, I'll just double the amount that I was originally going to bring. I think we'll be fine.

I will bring something else too! Just not sure what until I go shopping - I do have a lime and lemon tree in my backyard - so I will see what is being produced!!!

Hey Kuzn Edy just curious. Since your trailer is a tow vehicle made for sleeping are you allowed to use the BBQ? This is my first time at stagecoah and am totally bummed that I can't BBQ, so I'm wondering if your rig is an exception to the rule because of the way it's setup.
I think it's safe to say we'll stop by the party. I'll at least bring some chips and try to make something else. Probably 4 of us.

KUZN - Ill be showing up late - leaving around Thursday at 6 or so. Be there for the late night! Ill bring some stuff by but no need to count me in for the cooking part.

Yes my trailer is a vehicle made for sleeping... and i will be allowed inside the camping area... But there is some grey area that I tread very cautiously on. I never claim to be an exception to any rules and I respectfully follow the rules outlined as close as possible for the safety of everyone around me. The Grill-Top is a very expensive and properly UL listed piece of kitchen equipment that meets all industry standards of safety. (its not some home depot bbq from a buddies back yard) It is inside my trailer that is made for sleeping that i am bringing into the camping area much like any cooking device that you keep in your trailer/RV. With that being said, I feel that i am following the rules outlined and would have an argument to use my set up. On the other hand, if people of authority or people who own the property that we are staying on say i cannot use it and shut me down, I am happy to oblige and will promptly move to my plan B without running the risk of being removed from the camping area.

The trailer has many more purposes than simply "sneaking in a BBQ" at stagecoach. I use it 10-15 times a year for camping trips, tailgating events, and even daytrips to the beach. I really only plan to only use the grill-top once or twice in the campgrounds and I am prepared not to use it at all. I say all this because I know other people are reading this and might get some ideas to build something similar without putting much thought into safety, fire protection, and back up plans when they cant use it. Believe me when I say that all these details were considered in the preparation and building of this trailer.

Awesome! I seriously can't wait! I'm very excited also to hear that as much as everyone wants to bend the rules a little, it seems like everyone wants to follow them so that everyone has a great time! I love your setup can't wait to see it in person.

Kuzn Edy,
I offered to bring Monterey Rice, but was talking with Festival Fan last night and decided to see if you would rather I bring something different, to assist with the cost of the "MAIN" food. I could marinate some chicken for taco, I make a mean Citrus Marinated Taco, from Chix Breast and has orange juice and chipotle chilies. Or I could bring a bag of marinated Asada, or bunches of tortillas, or cheese whatever you like. So tell me if you think you have enough 'sides' and would like some help with the costly main items?
