You poor thing, you've been asking for this for months. My daughter makes a killer ceviche (I've heard) so I'll ask her how she does it and maybe you can try that for starters?

I dont know about the ceviche... But i took that rice recipe (which ive used about 6 times now) and modified it by adding mushrooms, rosemary and a little more butter. Served it with fish this weekend. AWSOME!!!

I made some a few weekends ago. just gave up on the recipe and tried my own version. it was pretty good for the first shot. i will definitely take your daughter's recipe. i love to try new recipes out all the time and then adapt and combine to my own taste. Kind of like KuznEdy did with my rice recipe. I am now going to try that version of it... Yummy.

We just made a pretty good ceviche in culinary school last week. I could give you that recipe if you like.

There are all different kinds of ceviche, we've made three different ones in my Latin Cuisine class so far. None of them had crab, but one of them was a shellfish ceviche which I'm sure you could put crab into if you so desired.
