Did I meat any of you at the meet n greet? I know I was there, and I ate, and I played beer pong and bags, but I don't know if I actually introduced myself to anyone. I'm a douchebag.
All i can say is WOW!!!! Thank you all for showing up and kicking off the weekend right! It was great to put a face to the typing. Haha.... ;)
Yep, now if only I could get the office to appreciate it like you do!
Aww shucks :o
I had so much fun flirting with everyone while giving out nametags! Who was the tall blonde that smacked my ass? Anyone remember?
OMG JNPatton soooo much better :0) and Johnny - Im glad u enjoyed all of the left overs!!! :0)
That's what I was thinking! Although there were so many open spaces in EDI maybe they just moved. Either way...awesome! And yes the frozen lemonade (is that what you gave me? I remember drinking something...) was soooo much better than the tequila pineapple. And I LOOOVE tequila!
Just remember those were the neighbors on the right that left. The neighbors on the left (us) had a great time seeing everyone pass through and partake of Kuzn Edy's hospitality!
Dang! I still have 43 posts to make to get to 3,000
You can do it Rachel!!
Johnny, I believe I was the lame late person who left you with a massive amount of beans. And a can opener! Always good to have an extra one of those. Or did I take it? If I did I gave it to someone as a present on one of my drunken travels. I do hope you can use them at home, haha.
Also I owe you for the last evening when my group showed up at at least midnight to see y'all still going strong. I was so happy to see you guys! I need to buy your camp a round or 5. Seriously!
Yeah... Neighbors just packs up and left! It was a win win for us... Shitty neighbors gone and extra space for us! Countrycamper was an awesome neighbor, the kind you hope for!
Keebzie... I have a whole food bag full of beans, can opener, and a nice cooking pot. If you want them back we can meet in Hollywood sometime. I work on the W hotel sometimes. And thanks for coming by Sunday night! My pleasure to party with you guys!
Oh man I forgot about the cooking pot. Okay, let me know the next time you're working The W and i'll swing by. Sorry to leave all that crap. If you think you'll use any of it, its all yours.
It was our pleasure! Your bar was the best I saw at Stage!
OKAY RICE LOVERS - HERE IT IS..... THANKS SO MUCH KUZNEDY FOR THE PARTY...
Monterey Rice – AngieMarie123 Version
1 cup of long grain white rice
2 cups of water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
16oz of sour cream
¾ cup of grated jack cheese
¾ cup of grated cheddar cheese
7 oz. can of diced green chilies
Salt & pepper
In a saucepan: Bring rice, bouillon cubes, and water to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer until rice is done. Appx. 12-15 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
In a large bowl: Mix sour cream, green chilies, cheese, salt & pepper (to taste), Add cooked rice and mix well.
In a casserole dish: Butter casserole pan thoroughly and then add rice.
Bake: for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then reduce heat and bake for additional 20-25 minutes.
For doubling recipe: bake 10-15 minutes longer, and it doesn’t affect the recipe to reduce some of the sour cream and cheese. I usually double this and use 24oz of sour cream and 2 ½ cups of cheddar / jack blend or Mexican blend of cheese.
Here is a couple of pics...
