FULLY SELF CONTAINED TOY HAULER FOR RENT ON PRIVATE PROPERTY IN OLD TOWN LA QUINTA

Hi, we have a 26' self containted toy hauler for rent for Stagecoach. It sleeps 6 very comfortably and can sleep more, although I don't know how comfy you would be. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed, another queen bed, and two sofas that turn into twins. It has a kitchen and bath. For the 3 nights it is $300.00. We have people who have rented our rooms and are camping in our backyard so we serve them coffee, muffins, and juice in the mornings and we all sit around and socialize. For the person who inquired about Old Town, it is a quaint town with shops, cafe's, restaurants, and just a fun place to walk around! We are also within walking distance to grocery stores. We have 2 parks also within walking distance. It is one of the best parts of La Quinta. Thanks for asking, hope I helped. Debbie

How is starting at $350 and now offering it at a "Rock Bottom" price of $350 lowering the price? You obviously are way too high.

I started the price at $450.00 for the 3 nights for 6 people. When I had no takers, I lowered it to $350.00 for the 3 nights. This is a brand new toy hauler, in excellent condition with it's own kitchen, bath, and ac. We also, offer a lot of other ammenities to go along with it! If it's too high in price, make me an offer! My 2 bedrooms rented for $400.00, 3 nights for 2 people per room! I'm not in it for the money, I'm in it for the people and NOT for them to get ripped off! Thanks for the inquiry. Debbie

I think @WLW is referring to your original post on 3-4-12 where you started the price at $350. I was thinking the same thing but he beat me to it. I think it is hard to ask the same amount for a spot that isn't at the venue for the same price as the original ED2 spots sold for. But that is just my opinion no hard feelings and I hope you are able to rent it out.

Really i dont think 350 is to bad. i am camping in international and that spot cost 600 plus we rented an rv and got a killed deal at 250. most were min 400 just for rv. so 350 isnt to bad and they give u a ride
