What about Rodney Carrington if you want country commedians. He plays the guitar and is the funiest guy out there! (ok maybe not so "family friendly" but...) They really should throw a comedic act in, maybe that could be the friday night show... all comedians. Or at least for 30min or so on Sat/Sun while the headliner sets up.
