SC will be a breeze for me...I do NASCAR twice a year....takes me 5 days to watch a 3 hour race...that's perfection--not practice

coconut milk! make a quick stop on your way and load up! i swear by it. and it's yummy too. drink one before the partyin, and the next morning!

Big glass of water, multivitamin and two Tylenol before sleep. Having a salty snack helps too.

Definately Rehydrate With Water :)
