We're first timers from the Inland Empire , climbed way over the hill but with young hearts... We are easy going , love big smiles and big hearts. Introduced to Country Music when I moved to Texas in 2001, and that was all I could find. Wound up having a real Texas wedding, married on the river in San Antonio, next day we partied our way up home to Ft. Worth , wedding party and guests went to the rodeo and on to Billy Bobs for a Blake Shelton Concert. Sunday we ended the celebrations with an early morning trail ride on a ranch ,big bbq and a hayride. If that wasn't enough country for a girl, my hubbie and I spent the next 7 weeks in Australia for a honeymoon...with a friend who lived in Sydney. He took us up into the Outback and on to the Austrailian Country Music Awards. We were totally hooked on country by then. The people I met in Texas and Australia were so genuine and open and so welcoming that I am sure it will be the same here in California. I have become an avid reader of the forums not knowing what to expect at the festival and loving the banter and camaraderie you all share. You will recognize us as the tall old bald guy with a white goatee, and a short "well nourished" blonde.Look forward to basking in all that fun that you all seem to share with one another.
