Reading (pronounced "Redding") is in England - there is a Jazz, Blues and Rock Festival there every year. Not too keen on recent lineups but they have had the Stones, Animals, Yardbirds, Cream, Faces, Genesis and Black Sabbath (but not in the same year........)
