Early arrival Party at the Tack room

We need a good group of fun Country Fans to meet Thursday or Wednesday night to start off this party ....

Meeting place the Tack room on the grounds...
What times are you all in for...

Who is to kick off party..

If you are camping all you have to do is walk..

I'll make a stake in an area if I know how many saddles to save....:D

It is a great little locals bar on the polo grounds.. Named The Tack Room....
The seats around the bar are saddles English and western...
Also have an outside area...

Great place and they have food dinner drinks .
Karaoke on Thursday and Fridays.I know they will be closed during the event.I think they should be open the night before.I will check..
If not It will have to start it off at Neils on Highway 111...
So stay tuned...

I did ask the manager last week he did say they would close for both events..
Yet said nothing about being closed the Thursday or Wednesday before.There open now..Lots of the traffic is mostly workers for the event.Because everyone thinks there closed..

I hate to be the one to say good news bad news but here it goes...

Yes the Tack Room will be open.....:D
Just not on Thursday night or any other night during Stagecoach or Coachella as per management...


That said..
The great news is they are going to be open the Wednesday before Stagecoach and Coachella ...

So the First Early Stagecoach arrival Party kickoff will be at the tack room on the Wednesday night before Stagecoach with Karaoke later in the night....
Great food and drinks bring your appitie...


Yes they also have a fabulous out doors area with a dance area and fabulous staff...
So you gotta come out...


I know it will be a great time you won't want to miss...

I already let them know you are all coming and they are excited to see the forum party crowd....
The tack room will only be open tomorrow for you Coachellafest group so make it quick....
I saw many of you all around town today ready to go....

I tried to get it open for Thursday but to much going on for set up with the grounds..
