Hi,

Does anyone have a band for the Eldorado 1 site they're willing to sell? I'll gladly pay the $50 it cost you, since that's what I'd have to pay if I hunted one down at the festival. Ideally I'd like to get two, but I will take one at this point. I replied to someone's ealier post, but I don't know if the wristband they have is still available, so I thought I'd post my own message just in case.

wristband is not area specific, just go buy one on ticketmaster.

But doesnt it say (where I had to correct myself on another post) that if you buy a forum camping pass, that you use those for entry to all other areas also.

forum wristbands get you into any camping area, though, so why does it matter??? they are not going to limit the number of people in the campgrounds, just the number of rv spots...

well. that's good to know...I wouldn't have known that. we are frequently advised to check the website for current and updated information...and it CLEARLY states camping passes sold out... which was just updated yesterday. It has created a bit of a frenzy to those of us needing a few extra camping passes. so....this means they will be available at the gate?

If they arent, I guess many of you are gonna hunt down Cooter.

once again, where does it say camping passes are sold out??? it says if you need extra camping passes to buy forum passes for anyone else in your party needing one.

go here:
http://www.stagecoachfestival.com/visitors/onsite-camping

scroll down to forum info and this is what it says:
FORUM
Tent campers - also may purchase these if you need extra "individual" camping passes for other lots.

i even clicked on "buy tickets" for the international lot. camping passes are still available, too! i requested 50 of them and it gave them to me.

you guys need to get your shit straight instead of freaking people out...

cooter..from the website.. ED2 info-

Types of tickets available for EL DORADO 2:
Camping Ticket (per person) $50 <--- every person camping needs one of these
Per RV (1 steering wheel) SOLD OUT
Tow Vehicle SOLD OUT

ok..we NOW know to scroll down to the forum section and purchase wrist bands...however... if we're looking at ED2, this is what is written....

Ya seriously, relax cooter, a lot of these people are first timers and not pros like you. A lot of people still dont know that a blue sparkly wristband is good for all campsites and RV sites. Some people are still new.

Like I said, some people are still confused that FORUM WRISTBANDS are the same as all the other wristbands.

Cooter, forgive us if we sound like idiots - it is a bit confusing for us newbies. Yes, the forum section says you can get passes good for other lots, but when you click on "buy tickets" it then says "This is for Forum camping ONLY! TENTS ONLY", so it makes us wonder if the pass really is good for all lots. Kind of conflicting. It also isn't very clear that even though camping spots are sold out, access passes are still available. I'm sure a lot of us think that there are only enough passes to go with actual campers.

And ticket master wants a service charge, so I'd really rather get them from someone who's selling them. However, if people think it's a pretty safe bet that they'll be available at the festival, then I can always wait and get them there.

The FORUM area is for tents only.

Everyone in any area what so ever needs a camping wristband, they are all the same, you can go into any area. You cant just decide to put an rv in the forum though. And if you are a tent camper you cant just decide to go over to the other area's and take up an rv spot.

we clear now?

:)
