hey those of us that have talked about meeting at SC... if you haven't made a connection with us yet.. do so.. send a Pm....as hodgee said it's like a snowball effect. a few of you may plan on meeting and then plan on meeting another group.. and on it goes. It would be a shame if we went the whole weekend and never hooked up... but you can send me a pm with your email address and closer to the date i can send an email about meeting or a marker on our rigs or something so we know who and where we are. seems like we're all working on our plans now. with so many posts going on in so many forums I know I'm missing some of them.

Im usually like a landmark or the place to hangout. Last year we had like 20 people having a good time just around our campsite. Then we'll come hangout with you guys. Is that ok?

Hmm I am getting pretty devious.
I dont think I will tell the hubby that anyone is coming over, not in the quantities I am thinking that Festival and I will get, and let him get surprised at all the people we met. I did tell him a few things, but thats it.
Hes gonna wonder why I am rushing him to put up the flags and lights!! haahahaha
Thursday night I will be at the polo bar for sure! That was a blast last year.

I talked to countrygurl about the sticker, and she said that was for RVs and trailer. Not too worried anymore

For sure, last year i stayed up friday all friday night, slept saturday night, and Sunday night stayed up to monday morning. Took me a week to recover, that was the only down side to last year

I'm in! Kymery has my cell#. I'll send it to Festival as well. Remember, I'm the girl with NO campground hook up, so I won't be able to roam the area looking for you guys on my own. And one question... when do you see yourselves partying in the campground most?... after the show each night? before the show friday? Everyone in on PBR? So much to coordinate, I know....
I think we're driving up Friday morning... but just in case, what is this polo bar you speak of for thursday night?.... > = )

The Polo Bar is IN the ED I campgrounds at the North End. So yes you will need a bracelet. Gotta work on that part for sure! I had a blast there last year.
Being in the campgrounds here was our schedule, wake up at 8, cleaned up, went to the polo bar for a $10 bloody mary (screw that this year, BYOB), came back, cooked a lunch, started drinking, hung out, walked around the camp grounds checking out the rigs, people, games that were played, music, camps, some people decorated theres, just blew time.
Then about noon-1 we headed into the grounds and walked around stage to stage like mad rabbits.
Midnight, concerts over, headed back..hubby pooped out, so we went to bed, but mannnnn, the fun I could here going on out there. I am there this year and I told him!!!!!!
But this year with the PBR (what time does that start) and that will be a mad house, first come first serve seats! and I am sure it isnt gonna be that big just for bull riding! so we gotta get there early.
PBR opens at 1:00 p.m. on Friday and 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
That's already been changed GEEZ!!!! grrrrrrrr
PBR opens noon on Friday and 10:00 a.m. on Saturday
It's a good thing I looked again cause I would have been late on both days and I sure don't want to miss a minute!

I'm pretty sure it was you Kymery who said a long time ago that rules, times, and whatever about Stagecoach changes constantly. First you campers couldn't bring BBQ's then you could. It's sad that fact was announced at the very last minute. It's good to have more ammenties but you end planning on the NOT.
I'm sure glad that you kind folks keep me updated. I try to do the same in return.
Great group of people here.

But you know, I dont think many people realize it is gonna be there, and that may be our only saving grace. Its not on the tickets, is it, and i dont hear it advertised on the radio, you would have to really read this site info to know.
