We will be rving with electrical hookup, but I did not pay for tow vehicle, opted to park in free parking. I will get there on Thursday, but my hubby wants to come out on Friday. If he rides his Harley, does anyone know if they will let him in and park next to our rv??

wing it, ask them when you get there. worst case scenario is he parks in the free onsite camping parking lot.

Are the concert goers pretty cool? I would hate for someone to mess with it? Do you know if the free tow parking area is locked at night after a certain time?

these are some of the nicest people you'll ever experience at a concert.

It's my first time going and from all the things I'm reading, I'm sure it's going to be a blast.

I think it will be impossible to have a bad time!! We went last year with our 1 year old and 2 year old daughters... had so much fun. All of our neighbors were great. Really looking forward to this year. Is it time yet ?!?!? :p

I started counting down a few weeks ago when I got a taste and saw Keith Urban at the Honda Center with Carrie Underwood!! It was soooo good!! Keith came down in the audience right by me and I touched his sweaty tshirt!! Carrie is just as cute in person as she is on tv and she sang so good!! :D

if your husband values his harley as much as i did mine(stolen out of my garage last sept.) he should think twice before parking it out of eye-shot for any length of time. i hope you can get a answer to your question though.

is there a way to put one of those wheel locks on so it can't be rolled away.

I was on that side on the floor, 4th row on the end and when he walked by I didn't know what to do so I put out my hand and touched his shirt!! Tell me about the guitar!! They were sooo lucky!!! I got a guitar pick that I am idolizing, geez. As far as the Harley, I am thinking of telling hubby to drive the Jeep out so we don't have to worry at all.
probably better to be safe than sorry. these are nice people but can you think of a larger target market for harley's than a country festival? all you need is one bad egg... or a local that's not even part of the festival coming in scouting something to rip off. guess that's just the pessimist in me, but it just seems like it wouldn't be worth the risk. ...unless you could get confirmation that they'd let you take it to the RV.

good idea. it only takes a couple of strong guys about 30 seconds to lift it into a truck/van. better safe than sorry! good luck!

I say it's better to be safe than sorry. Besides, it might interfere with your fun if you're having to worry about the bike the whole time. Ya know?

Are you in a Motorhome or are you pulling a Travel trailer/ 5th wheel?

Actually I am looking forward to a little time to myself, just hanging out and having a few.....if you know what I mean? ;) He is not into country anyway, so he might want to disappear for a while on the weekend and take a drive so he will need the vehicle.

They say you can't drive motorcycles in, but I think if you ask the right person and do it at the right time(they had hours we could bring our truck in and out in the morning), you will be able to take it in and park it at your RV. We did (park our two Zuma scooters) they just didnt let us drive them around (too much ) inside the area. We take my horse trailer and you could park it in our horse trailer part and lock it up if you want to. (We arent the only ones to use our horse trailer living quarters as an RV) there were lots of them.
My husband wasn't too excited about going to it either last year, but he went and had a great time and talked about all the beautiful women that were there the next week at work. He complained again this year but went through the effort to trade his weekend to go with me again. It would be a lot more fun if he would act as excited as I am, but I think he probably is and just doesnt want his friends to hear him say he actually had a great time and wants to go again. He even enjoyed sitting out in lawn chairs and drinking beers with our RV neighbors in between.
