According to your forum cameras are allowed as long as not professional or have changeable lenses. I was told by (ILAA)" I love all access" that cameras are not allowed at all. Can countygurl or anyone let us know what the actual rules are. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

last year point and shoot film and digital cameras were allowed in - no problem. If you have a camera with an interchangable lens - the rules say NO to these - however last year they too were allowed in. My guess is if you brought a camera with several changes of lens (looking like a professional) you wouldn't be allowed. I had no trouble at all last year with my SLR.

Definately last year they were allowed. And I cant see why it would change for this year, and as stated, just not interchangable cameras...but then again, some people were in there with them. We had our digital camera in there with no problem, and some great pics!! (and more)

Isn't ILAA sort of "in charge" Friday night only, because of the Eagles? Maybe there's a difference in the camera policy between Friday night and the other nights?

they aren't going to be working the entrance taking tickets/doing security checks, though.

The folks at ilaa sent me an e-mail stating no cameras allowed at all, even though when I first called them about tickets I was told it shouldn't be a problem since it was an outdoor venue. We will be traveling a long way and hopefully we can take some pics. Thanks for all the responces.

No, but I would imagine they would be giving instructions to those who ARE working the entrance if this is an issue... If the Eagles, for whatever reason, don't allow cameras at their performances (some performers don't allow them -- I'm not saying the Eagles don't, I'm just saying "if") then the gate folks would be instructed not to allow cameras into the venue that night. My understanding is the gate folks don't set the rules, they're just supposed to follow the rules given to them ("supposed to" being the operative phrase here...).

This is the feedback I just got from ilaa. I guess none are allowed.
Cameras are not allowed during the Eagles performance.

The Stagecoach rules say it IS ok for digital cameras, but NO professional camera. This is their venue, cant see why/how someone can override that! I remember last year this was questioned over and over and over. No one had issues using cameras!

they may try and limit camera use during the eagles set, but no way they will ban cameras for an entire day of a festival because of some crotchety old band members.

just for the eagles bitchiness i'm going to bring a strobe light...
