At 10AM I went to ticketmaster to purchase tickets for the gold circle section from the presale and it said there were no tickets available! How can that be? I was there at 10 am on the dot!

Thank you - I just posted the same thing below you. I wonder if they sold out to fan club members. I hope that's not the case!

No don't give up. My freind was trying for Gold circle and a couple popped up at 10:15am and she threw them back.....she was afraid to spend that much.
I got my gold circle after 18 minutes of trying....I did get the message of no tickets available, but that means at that specific minute.
Go back and try...trust me.

Yea fans - we all got screwed on this presale thing. I also got in at 10:01 a.m. and there were no Gold VIP tickets. As if that weren't enough, the best seats in the reserved section were in section 10 which is near the General Admission part. Guess we got screwed in favor of the radio stations and other promotors. Heard that B4?
Can you believe this horsecrap???

Well, I got screwed out of camping passes. I was able to buy an RV permit, but no camping passes were availabe....that's wierd, cuz you need a camping pass along with the RV permit???????

Doesn't this website say camping passes will be available later? I wouldn't worry about that. There will surely be enough camping passes for everyone.
I just checked a few times for regular reserved seats and found some in sections 5 and 7

I can get 2 seats in the middle of Section 2, Row 2 ($853 total.) E-mail me at michellebarnes@comcast.net.

I ran into same problem, got my tickets, got RV pass but can't get camping passes? I figure that if my RV can be there then I would have to be there to so they would have to sell you camping passes for the people staying in the RV. I think they will become available later, lets just hang tight.
Was on the line with TM for half hour while she checked about the camping passes. They are contacting Stagecoach, because they didn't go on pre-sale today. Does anyone know which sections are Gold Circle?

Gold Circle are Sections 1, 3, and 4.....what I hear from TM.

there was a hiccup at tm with camping, it should be all sorted now.

They were available and for sale.
There were a very very very limited number of those tickets and 1000's and 1000's of people trying to get them at the same time.

Isnt there a law against that?
I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. I was able to get a Gold Circle seat at about 10:15am. Section 3 row 5. There are still reserved seats in section 7 as of about 10 min ago.

I had a real problem on Ticket Master, I had to buy the camping passes in a separate order from the RV permit.

Well fans, look at not getting Gold VIP tickets another way - you saved a grand! According to my spouse, you could fly to Honolulu for three days and sip Mai Tais for that money!

Here's what I understand from the Goldenvoice promoter regarding Golden Circle VIP tickets. There were only 344 tickets available and, as of 10 a.m., there were over 3,000 people on line attemting to purchase. The question is, are they all gone relative to the ublic sale tomorrow?

According to the Goldenvoice promoter, there were 344 Gold Circle VIP tickets for sale. and over 3,000 people on Ticketmaster as of 10 a.m. this morning. My question is, where did all of those people get the presale password and are there any remaining tickets for the general public sale tomorrow?

those people got the password by either signing up for our newsletter or maybe for the newsletter of a local country music station.
It pays to interact with websites for special offers such as that.
there are no vip gold circle reserved left. there are still vip reserved.

There are plenty of them on e-bay.
I had assumed that some would be released for pre-sale and some would be available on Saturday. I guess I was wrong.
Oh well

There are plenty of ticket brokers with gold vip tickets for $700.00 on up. Guess it pays to grease the palms of event organizers.
These venues offer these things to the general public but it is all a scam. The public is relagated to a few of the crummier seats in the reserved section other then that its to the lawn for the rest of us. Not me..

I just LOVE that line!! "To the lawn with you!" :)

I got Gold Circle through pre-sale with Brooks & Dunn for section 1. And that was the evening of the second day they were available. When I tried the pre-sale from the radio station, though, nothing was available for the Gold Circle.

Where are you in section one? Also exactly how many days before the Jan.19th presale were you able to buy tickets off of the Brooks & Dunn fan site? I'm sure many people would have loved to have an opportunity like that. I'm in the Sugarland fan club and nothing was even said about ticket sales for this event. Not that I'm mad, because I was able to get Gold Circle in section 3 by hammering the computer right at 10:00am. But a lot of people on this board are feeling a bit cheated to have a lot of tickets sold to members of fan clubs before the "presale" date had even arrived.

I also tried at 10 am for both the pre-sale and Saturday and could not find tix.I was only interested in gold circle seats. I deiced it was worth it to buy the gold circle seats on eBay for $1999 in the middle of row 5.
If you think about how many big stars you get to see in the 5th row center I think it’s worth it. The free food and beer helps too. I have access to a home in La Quinta,Ca that is about 10 miles from the venue so that also helped justify the high price.

(Countrygurl) the Administrator of these boards. Stated on Jan.19th in a thread titled "Ebay Warning" that tickets bought on Ebay will be voided. It's in the very first post of the thread. Good luck.

How can someone void a ticket someone paid for?
Seriously I don't understand how this works?

I'm no expert... but I think in some cases, if "non-transferable" was part of the original transaction and it's obvious what the seat numbers are (example: tickets clearly from a very limited presale; or someone foolish enough to post the actual seat location in the e-bay listing), the powers-that-be actually CAN void those tickets. I think all they have to do is watch the activity on e-bay, and once the ticket sells, they know it's been/being transfered and they can zap it.
In most cases, where it's not obvious what the seat number is, then no, they probably can't realistically void the ticket.

What a SCAM!!!! So much for tickets being available to "the general public". They can keep their "Grass Seat" with no shade. Do you guys outside of the desert know how HOT it gets out here! If this sounds like sour grapes - it is.
