 Hello All,
I am a little confused as to the way to purchase tickets for the third day add on if you originally bought your tickets a ticket master location.

I purchased my general admission tickets from actual location as opposed to buying online. Because of this I was not required to provide an email address.

Can anyone tell me how (or if) I am going to be able to purchase a third day upgrade in the General Admission seating?

I'm in the same boat. I bought tickets over the phone and haven't received an e-mail. After spending over an hour on and off hold with ticketmaster they finally figured out how to sell the tickets. I'd still rather see an e-mail though so i'm hoping someone can forward me the page.

Both of you should email tickets@stagecoachfestival.com with that info, also include the numbers on your ticket (they will be able to tell if it was purchased over the phone or at an outlet) and they will contact you.

numbers on your ticket like GA23 row/seat whatever. all tickets have different numbers.

 I am not only confused but am gaining frustration at the process of purchasing a 3rd day ticket.
Originally it was anounced that buyers of the original stagecoach tickets could get an upgrade for $65.00. Now, we are being told that we have to purchase them for $95.00
I have emailed multiple people from the country radio station in my area, to ticketmaster, as well as tickets@stagecoachfestival.com and info@stagecoachfestival.com.
None of these places have been able to help. It is sad when original ticket holders can't even get an upgrade simply because none of the individuals with information are willing to provide any assistance.

Frustrating indeed. I have been waiting for the "separate" e-mail to upgrade for $65, but have never received it. Only a couple of e-mails trying to confirm my ticket delivery--which I haven't received yet. In fact, I don't think they are even supposed to be sent for another month! Now, how would I call anyone with my ticket numbers, when I don't have them yet?! I want my pre-sale price that was promised!! Get with it Ticketmaster (whores) and Stagecoach!!

Hey UFSfan, I am looking at the inbox for info@stagecoachfestival and i dont see your email. can you send again saying you bought at an outlet and we will get back to you with instructions (though it might not be until monday).

Hey burnin sand. the original emails with instructions for the upgrading are on our tickets page. what happens when you follow those directions? do you get some sort of error? let me know so we can figure this out.

thanks,

Countrygurl,

I have resent the email to Info@stagecoachfestival.com
Included you will find an attached PDF file with copies of my tickets

Now my question is this, If I have to wait until Monday, will I still be able to buy the ticket at the originally promised price of $65.00 or will I have to pay the $95.00 currently asked.

Please Advise, becasue if I have to pay the higher price I may as well just buy them from Ticket Master this weekend as opposed to waiting until next week.

Thaks for the help

the date has been extended so you will be fine.
