Rooms for rent

I have 2 rooms for rent 1 with a Queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds 2 persons per room. We are a family with children so I ask Please respect our home and family. I will rent rooms for 1 room @ 100.00 per night. 3 night min, 5 night max. you have to share bath, and kitchen with family. I will offer a 25.00 per night discount to a family of 4. are you willing to take any offers? will we be allowed to cook? wash laundry if need be? i know rooms are filling up fast and some are up there in price and not as close to the event sounds like this may be a good deal. will contact you soon on this.

Yes I will take offers, you will be allowed to cook, use the fridge for your food, you may wash laundry. Also If you need a sitter I will be avalible. I have checked for rooms online and found just a few left. As for sharing the bathroom with family, well we do have 2 bathrooms, you just will have to share the one other bathroom with other renters and my children (they use that one to). as I said before we are 6 miles away. after the show it took us about 10 mins to get home. but we did wait out the traffic for about 30 min. so not that long to get into a nice bed. also both rooms have a tv with basic cable, phone is digital so need to make a long distance call FREE. e-mail me if you are interested sami@dc.rr.com
