Has anyone gotten their tickets Yet?

Because I haven't. I bought a reserved ticket and a gold section ticket. I haven't received any of the tickets yet. I bought them on 11/16/07.

Last year I believe I got my tickets (Gold Circle) about the 2nd or 3rd week of April. I think they said something about sending them out that late to avoid scalping (?). They'll probably send them out about that time again this year. I know it's kind of nerve wrecking not having your ticket in hand after spending that much money on it, but I'm sure we will get them in time :)

I got mine presale as well and still haven't received them. Same thing happened last year, word from Ticketbastard was they got lost in the mail....turns out, THEY NEVER PRINTED THE DAMN TICKETS!!! :mad: Assholes. :mad: God, I hate Ticketmaster. :mad:

Anyways, hopefully that is not the case this time around!!!:(

No, it doesn't. But in all my years of purchasing tickets thru Ticketmaster, even for shows that are 5-6 months away, I have NEVER waited more than a couple of weeks to get them in-hand. Until Stagecoach last year. Never got them. Turns out, they never printed them. And the assholes wouldn't refund the "convenience charge" for a service they never provided. Highway robbery, if you ask me. And now its looking like the same thing all over again. Next year I think I'll just wait and buy my ticket off of someone trying to unload an extra.....

I bought GA through the pre-sale and haven't gotten them yet. Neither has my roommate. Our other friend, however, who bought them after us, HAS got them. I don't understand their process. No camping tickets yet either...

For people who bought GA tickets along with other types of tickets (such as camping). They are all shipped together so that is why GA didnt go out yet on those.

If the only thing you bought were GA tickets and they were supposed to be mailed to you, please private message me your confirmation number and I will try to look into it.

Ok as far as GA tickets go I see now that some people just didn't see the part about mailing. If you purchased tickets using the "shopping cart" which is this page on ticketmaster: http://www.ticketmaster.com/shoppinglist/09003F6AAC2B5ADD?brand=stagecoach07

When you get to the purchase page it says tickets will be mailed about a month before the festival.

I have attached a screen shot of that page, where I drew a red arrow to show you.

For people who used the regular ticketmaster purchase page tickets were mailed out.

The shopping cart was intended for people who wanted to make multiple purchases so all tickets purchased there are handled the same way.

After this long I really don't remember what page I ordered from-I ordered GA tickets presale back in Nov. I did inquire from TM & got conflicting info. One response said they would be mailed 7 days prior to the event and, when I replied that we'd already be travelling to Stagecoach by then, TM customer 'service' responded that I could pick them up at the Will Call office.

Second response, after I notified TM that their response was unacceptable (Right-spend a week driving a couple of thousand miles, then miss the 1st half of Sat. event trying to clear up some confusion about where my tickets are-I don't think so.) was that GV would FedEx them a month prior to the event.

Everything I've heard so far supports the latter response (except maybe the FedEx part-I think that only applies to reserved/Gold tickets). But I opted for TicketFast for the upgrades-and this'll probably be the last time I attend Stagecoach if they continue to use TM. (Or maybe not. Love the event & 2.50 is minimal charge, but I *strongly* object to paying an extra fee so TM can save money. Right now I'm saying 'not again' but when they announce the lineup next year, who knows?)

Last year TM said that my tickets had been sent eventhough I had never received them so they wouldn't do anything about it. I headed for Indio without my tickets anyway (only my receipt) hoping I could get them reprinted at will-call. When I got there, there was a separate tent where they had a notebook of all the people who never received their tickets. There were A TON of people who never got tickets because TM NEVER PRINTED THEM!! So basically they either lied to all of us or the operators and their supervisors are so incompetent that they have no idea what is going on.:mad: :mad:
Luckily the Stagecoach people had their shit together and got us all our camping passes and tickets no problem and very quickly.:D

having worked with organizations like that I'll cast my vote for incompetence. I've found that most aren't intentionally dishonest, when they've got you locked in they just don't give a sh*t.

Only way out I see is to get rid of their monopoly.

Well, I would agree with you except for the fact that I am already paying a buttload of (bad) "service" and (not so)"convenience" fees....and shouldn't that include actually receiving them?? Those fees are to get tickets, so if I never get the tickets, then what did I pay for?? And its even worse cuz they won't give a refund, its basically a "too bad for you" attitude from them. For example, last year they never printed out the tickets fo rpeople who bought them as soon as they went on sale so we got NO TICKETS. And would they at least refund or even credit for the FEES (not ticket price) we paid to GET TICKETS THAT WE NEVER GOT they refused. So I handed them like, $20 in fees for NOTHING. And I find it LUDICROUS that it costs $2.50 to basically send me an email with an attachment......it's a principle thing.

Yes, and it's also worth the $25 to just pay the parking ticket I didn't deserve rather than arguing about it, and it's also worth etc. etc. At some point you need to decide that standing up for what's right is worth it, even if it doesn't make sense financially.

One of the worst things that's happened to this country is the pervasive spread the the 'MBA' mentality, i.e. 'bottom line is all that counts'.

If I were you and had GA and no lanyards, I would suggest going to a sporting goods store and buy a lanyard with a plasic holder, like they use for fishing license.

You would hate for it to get ruined in your pocket, all sweaty, or it wriggles its way out. This way it is always around your neck, when you go in and out of the campgrounds also. I wish I would of done that last year.

Yes I am keeping the reserved seats and the Friday tickets, but hubby said I can sell the Sat and Sunday for $100 per day per ticket, a bit of savings...so we will see, that will at least buy the drinks!
