Do you know if this package qualifies for layaway??? Why the wait until Wednesday sale???
OMG, OMG, OMG do I wait to try to purchase a golden ticket? grrrrrrrr What if they are sold out by then? OMG, OMG, OMG what to do. HELP
O.k. I just got off the phone with American Express. This is not available through layaway. She didn't know why it's on Wednesday AFTER the general sale. She said the tickets are very limited.
I was not able to score a VIP ticket (thanks frontgate and a fast sell out) last year. What to do?

Also American Express has P1 and P2 for sale on Friday at 10:00AM.
See below - this was copied from an email I received today and this message was on an email that also had the same VIP message that gaypalmsprings posted above. Difference is that these tickets are on sale on Friday (before the general sale) but do not include the extra festival tour or the photo ops.

Actually - I guess the question is whether it is really on Friday, the 19th or Saturday, the 20th. Amex says Friday, the 20th. Hmmmm. Well, if you are interested you will have to contact them. It may be that they intended to say Saturday, the 20th, which is the general sale date... might be that you would get better seats but my experience one year was that the Amex seats were not better. So, good luck with this.

I called AMEX yesterday and the VIP package definitely is NOT on sale until the 24th of Oct. and AMEX only has 50 seats in P1 and they are selling them in order of cardholder status. IG: Centurion cardholders 1st, then Platinum, then Gold and then the other cards. Soooooo, pretty risky to wait for that if you are wanting P1 seats. They do however have the 50 seats in Section 1. So the best seats in the house basically.
