I must say this performers on the side stages this year were great!

Kenny Rogers.....he sounds so good.
Chris Isaak- wow.....!
The Mavericks- I have loved them for years, like the different sound of country they have. So good seeing them.
Steve Martin, Roy Clark... up close and personal !

I heard Steve Martin had a lot of sound trouble! I saw 2 acts at Palomino, it was my first time ever over there. Pretty sweet how close you are to the stage, felt like a home town fair.

Kenny Rogers was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! In all of my years of attending Stagecoach I have NEVER gone to a side stage but decided for Kenny I would and wow am I glad I did. Unbelievably emotional show for me! Ended up second row! - Actually one person over from GPS -which by the way it was great to put a name with the face!!!! :0)

I loved Steve Martin and The Steep Canyon Rangers. Would love to hear SCR do something by themselves. The sound was a problem at first. Don't know what happened there. Kenny Rogers was great as well. Still totally exhausted from weekend.

always so weird to me to hear that people never go over to the side stages. there is a lot more talent over there than at the mane stage throughout the weekend.

That's the beauty of having 3 stages... anyone can hear music that they enjoy. I don't usually spend much time at the side stages, maybe one or two acts a year. But to each their own :)

The Steep Canyon Rangers are playing at Huck Finns Jubilee on Father's day weekend, June 15,16,17,2012. The Gatlin Brothers will be there on Sun. June 17. It's a great bluegrass festival in Victorville, Ca. Just go to Huckfinn.com. I'll be there!

Aaron Lewis was great! And as usual had a loyal following of fans!

We stopped for a beer at a very empty beer garden, sat at a picinic table with some people and listened to the music at the Palamino Stage, just across from it. A nice break from the sun as it was shaded , and a treat for the ears.

My husband says Roy Clarke still has it even though he can hardly walk..I am newish to country..but I loved it and thought he and his group were like enjoying a step back in time.

Made it to most of Martina and back in time to join friends on a bale of hay to see Kenny Rogers. The crowd stretched in all directions as far as you could see, Bet they didn't expect that to happen.... but maybe they did as he was the only one in the time slot.
