Is there anywhere to park your car overnight off the grounds that's safe? Does anyone have any extra overnight parking passes for Thursday thru Sunday night?
Try the casino! Then take a taxi... Get a business card so you can call for a ride home!

I've heard of people using some side streets. But i also understand they are upping security and insuring wristbands are on up to a mile before the venue. So, you may be walking in up to a mile away.. or if you park near where the supermarket shuttle drops off and picks up, ride that in.
Supermarkets will have no overnight parking posted... Same with wal-mart.....
Btw. Glad I'm not the only one who is thinkin of SC at 3 am!

Make SURE that where ever you park you WILL NOT get towed, that will not be a fun SC event :) it happened to me not at SC but still.

Nearby neighborhoods have parking restrictions and Goldenvoice and the city of Indio actually hand out resident/parking passes to residents in the area and post security at some streets. You will not be able to park in areas directly around the festival.

I have a friend facing the same issue. She is driving in sat because she has school. I'm telling her to park at a casino too, since they are open all night and have huge parking lots. I am a little nervous for her though. I wish there was another off campus site stagecoach had designated with a shuttle to and from... Unless, there is and i just haven't heard about it? I know most of the hotels are offering shuttles.
Anybody have experience in the past and can throw out the best hotel/casino with a shuttle? I stayed at the Fantasy Springs Casino last year. They had shuttles. I guess I'll tell her to park there.
