Times for parking have been posted. I think they were referring to the times for the acts to take the stages.

What's the best time to arrive?
Parking opens at 9:00am on festival days. Gates open closer to 11am - noon. Arrive early to allow for possible traffic and security search at the entrance. Please try and carpool. Busiest times with the most wait are usually between 4pm-6pm on Friday/Sat. Expect delays

I need to know too, and I live locally... Not sure if I should take a half day or the whole day off. It's got to be frustrating for anyone driving from out of town.
One of the other posts/threads noted that they don't update the Stagecoach website like they do the Coachella because we're an older crowd and don't stay connected with internet like the Coachella Fest fans. I had to post my comment back...how insulting that they think we don't stay connected, and they don't update their website for us. I guess they update & post bios for each act of the Coachella Fest weekly.

Coachella is a completely different event. I don't think those in charge of stagecoach are trying to insult us by not posting information. They probably just don't have the artist times yet. Regardless, the site is extremely organized and helpful compared to other events I've gone to.
If you think you'll be rushed for time, just take the whole day off. It's not their job to know how long traffic, others in your party or individual prep time will take...
If you need the money or don't want to push things with your boss, take a half day.
Either way... don't stress out. It's alllll going to be okay.

the coachella website is updated just as often as the stagecoach one, which is not much. all the info is there so there really isn't much need for daily updates or anything like that. maps and set times come out for coachella the week of the event, same with stagecoach.
all that matters is when the festival starts and when it ends. it is a FESTIVAL, not some one night concert with a bunch of shitty opening acts not worth seeing. and even then, there is so much to do in the venue and out in the camping areas. go all in or go home! yeah.

Thanks! I did see this info. Guess I'm going to just arrive just after work and have a friend save a seat. Just thought they may have made some updates since their last one on 1/6/2012 on their "Update" page, ...but they haven't

Most of them are up on the iphone app now..

the band perry is main stage at 430 on sunday

So only Mane Stage has acts on Friday?
07 we had 4 stages just PACKED with artists. Of course afterward, people complained about it being too much.
The following years....3 stages.
SC12 added Friday with only 1 stage.
If people don't get off the seats they bring and go to the other stages we will only get one stage (mane) and Stagecoach turns from a festival to a concert.:mad: I so noticed that SC11 lost some artwork from Coachella.
Please oh please go back to 07 ways and 08 days.

dangit, i'm gonna miss Luke Bryan's set......i was REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY looking forward to that one too. My M&G for Blake Shelton wants me to be wherever it is i have to be an hour and a half before Blake's set. Since Blake is performing at 8, that means my M&G time is 6:30, which is when Luke comes on.
BUUUUUUUT, i'm seeing Luke in concert with Jason Aldean again on September 29th so i'll still get to see Luke's show, just later on in the year. And i'll still get to see Justin Moore because he plays at 5:15 and he was the other MUST SEE act at Stagecoach this year for me.......

How's everybody feeling about a possible surprise Kid Rock appearance with Sheryl Crow? The more I look at Sunday, the more I realize it needs some testosterone. Aaron Lewis deserves Mane Stage no question.

What a joke! They raised the prices 1/3 from $500 to $761. Because of the third day and only one or the 3 stages will have performers... Oh well. Guess what? iT'S STAGECOACH TIME! Who's ready???

Go to 'Line up & Schedule/Times and Stages'. Pick a day and swipe right. All the set times are shown in a grid view so you can see what overlaps at each stage.

The free iphone Stagecoach app is great. They even include a free one time Stagecoach picture frame as a momento. Also includes a map, food venues, etc.

Looks like there's only one conflict for me... Luke Bryan's meet and greet time is 5:30 so I'll miss some of Justin Moore (no biggie) and all of Steve Martin :( I also have one for Jason Aldean on Friday but not sure the meet up time yet. I guess I'll find out on Friday when I pick up my pass.

Maybe I'll see you over at the Shake & Howdy booth! :) I'll be at Luke's m&g on Sat. If you're looking at the Mane stage, the Shake & Howdy booth is on the very far left near the hospitality booth and some food vendors. It *should* be in the same location as last year. It can't hurt to scope it out on Friday so you're comfortable for Saturday.

yep...Its a 3 day FESTIVAL of country music...... people watching, friends, fun and a darn good weekend getaway.
