Wristband Question

I got my wristbands in the mail today, and I read on the box that each wristband will be scanned before entry. My question is, if I buy a ticket from someone for my sister, will she be allowed in with a wristband that wasn't purchased under her name?

I think they are just scanning the wristbands to make sure they are legit and not counterfit.

Yes, the GA tickets appear to be transferrable. Coachella is different in that aspect.

What do you mean by transferable? Is there something that needs to be done before she can use someone else's ticket?

No, transferable means movable. As in you can give them to somebody else. There is no tracking on who has what pass, you can buy from somebody else, no problem.
