You don't have paper plates, napkins or paper towels, plastic utensils and toilet paper, very important!

Indeed! I realized I forgot those when I was figuring out food!

Don't worry. I usually share with people who forget stuff. I go to a lot of bluegrass campouts and have a memorized list of stuff to bring. Someone always forgets something and I usually have it.

JNPatton, I decided to copy your camping list. You have stuff on you list I forgot that I should bring like chap stik. I never thought about sun screen for my lips but, that's a good idea. The B vitamins and the BCAAS sounds like a good idea to. I hope I won't need the BCAAS.

Oh Ya! But, there's also Del McCoury, the Grascals and Ralph Stanley. It's going to be hard to leave the main stage but, I can't be miss my bluegrass bands. Del McCoury is my favorite bluegrass band. The Grascals are good to. But, I'll be there for Steve Martin to. Bluegrass is my first love when it comes to music!

If you have allergies, don't forget the Claritin or Benadryl type medications. Non-drowsy formula, of course. I don't have allergies, but there was something in the air last year and I'm glad I had some meds for relief.

Benadryl is good to have on you in case you get stung/bit by an insect or have an elergic reaction to something. We always keep it in our RV. Had to give some to our dog once cuz he bit a bumble bee.

I think if we forget anything we'll just head over to your camp! Looks like the place to be! Oh, by the way, just purchased everything for our "mister" that we will be taking to SC! So many other places we'll be using it this year. Thanks!

Yeah... I bring soooo much F'n crap with me its really kinda disturbing. I use less than half the stufff, but i like to know that my bases are always covered. Last time i went to Stagecoach i had a house blender, a majic bullet, and a cordless margarita brand blender... Never blended a drink the whole time.

If you need anything or something breaks on you, stop by... 99% chance i have the tool to fix it. (Zip ties or duct tape)

Hahaha, I am the SAME way! Last year some people were looking around for duct tape. My friends are like "oh, Karena HAS to have some". My packing list looks crazy. My friends are like "why do you need masking tape and string?" Seriously it's just in case!

JN's list reminded me of the EZ up. I have one I can bring if you're not already taking one? Shade is going to be a lifesaver during our weekend blur!:)

There is a costco only a couple miles from the venue for anyone who wants to buy ice or other stuff before or when they get there. (cheap gas on the way home...)

Address... 79795 California 111, La Quinta, CA 92253

I think those porta potties (if they're the ones I'm thinking of that everything goes in a bag) are ok. We've had somebody in our group bring one once :-)

Smart n Final has 20 lb bags of ice for about $3.80 each and most of their stores open at 7:00 in the morning. I'm stopping there on my way out on Thursday to Morongo. Decided to bring extra ice chest (will make them fit) and buy extra ice.

Ice blocks work well too. We put 2 in our food ice chest last year and they lasted the whole weekend. Maybe added a bag of ice on Sunday just in case. Just make sure the stuff that really needs to stay cold right next the ice block.

I'm planning on filling up a few Red Solo Cups with water and freezing them. Those hold up really well for a long time as well.
