I was just wondering, when our tickets get shipped, if no one is home to sign for them, will they leave one of those delivery papers to pick up at the post office or are we SOL? thanks

Seriously, that company is just bad at this. I have access to the old work address, it's just there's not always somebody there to open the door because there's no longer an actual receptionist. I hope so, because my BF has his going to his house and nobody's home in the day and his neighbors steal anything left on his door.

that is indeed only for coachella. only the tent camping at stagecoach was non transferable. that car and 3 rv site were transferable.

This scares me! I already have tickets and I bought just the rv spot from a legit person. I didn't need her tickets though. Has anyone called to verify this for SC? otherwise I need to call.

When I bought the pass they said the shipping had to be the same as the billing and I knew nothing about a signature. I tried to re-route the package and was successful but I had to pay a $20 fee. UPS can deliver to houses at any time but, they do try to deliver to homes after 5. You might be ok. UPS will make deliveries until 10 pm I believe.

I think you can go to the UPS station/office and sign for a package as well. Get your tracking number and see if you can arrange a pick-up. (not totally sure this will work)

Not in experiences I've had in the past with this. I've had things delivered "signature required" and if nobody is there to sign it, they leave a note (just like the post office does with signature required packages), and you have to go into their nearest shipment store/warehouse and show your ID. I've done it a couple times and, just like the post office, there was no additional cost associated with it.

We've also never had tickets coming from Frontgate. If it was Ticketmaster, I don't think anybody would have concerns. With the fiasco that was purchasing the tickets, I can understand the slight worry. Especially when it sounds like most peoples orders are showing blank when they pull them up to view. A small concern is warranted, even if it's for naught.

Those are right behind the aisle, the P1 seats directly in front of you are ADA so shouldn't be obstructed view. I'd rather be the front of P2 than middle of P1.

I joined the free UPS MyChoice and was able to change my delivery address to a UPS store even before delivery was attempted. They signed for my packages at the store and I was able to pick them up there. Just showed proof of my tracking number.

I called customer service and they told me that the sender probably disabled the option- wtf?? I'm so annoyed. He said I can leave a note on my door for the driver to ask the neighbor to sign it, but we just moved here and I don't know my neighbors. I'm so irritated once again with this whole process. What about those of us who work all day?

I can't have them delivered to my work because I am in the Marine Corps and UPS can't get on base without a sponsor and I also don't have an address where I work, I work on helicopters! sounds like you either need to pick it up at the processing center after 3 delivery attempts or wait until closer to the event and call frontgate who will have your passes left at will call.

It wouldn't let me do it right away either. I couldn't change it until the day before they were supposed to be delivered. Basically, I had to wait until the packages were in Vernon in order to make the changes.

What they said :) It's an experience of a lifetime and worth every worry/penny. I do think stagecoach event staff learned from this year's fiasco and will improv by next year. I have faith! Next year's lineup might not be as crazy packed too. Which I don't mind. I go for the music but also just for the energy :)

check your spam folder. an email is generated and sent for each package. Depends on your email provider, ISP and/or spam settings on if you receive the email or not. But they are 100% sent for each order.

ya they get you. service charge is different than delivery. really only one delivery charge of 10 dollars. others were service charges. lol

Yay Kara!! I'm so glad they arrived today since I'm off tomorrow and we're closed over the weekend. I'd rather wait than deal with them at home. But at least they offered the redelivery option... I've had to drive out to the DHL location at the Ontario airport when they were unsuccessful in delivering a package. Despite a few bumps in the road the first day tickets went onsale, I'm so glad to have them in hand and only a few weeks to go til the event.
